b. On used rollers that are being reinstalled, insert the roller so that the marked
left roller end is on the frame left side and the marked right roller end is on the
frame right side.
CAUTION: While inserting the take-up roller, make sure the roller does not drag
across the deck causing damage to the deck and/or belt surfaces.
3. Set the flat side of the roller shaft onto the frame mounting bracket with the tension
adjustment bolt threads facing rearward.
4. Hand start and reinstall the left and right 5/16" hex key running belt tension adjust-
ment bolts (2x) and washers (2x). Alternately tighten the left and right tension bolts
until snug and stop.
