How to adjust the Registration mark sensor position (P.MANUAL X and Y)
(1) Set the DIP switch to normal mode.
(2) Turn on the power.
(3) Set the Tool condition No.1 to the following setting at the normal mode.
Condition No.1
TOOL Type :
TOOL SPEED: 20
TOOL FORCE: 14
Quality: 1
Assign the TOOL 1 to the Condition No.1.
Select the Condition No.1.
(4) Turn off the power for the plotter.
(5) Place a printed cross mark target on the writing panel.
(6) Confirm that the surface of printed cross mark target is flat. This adjustment will not be done correctly
when the surface of printed cross mark target is touched to the bottom of registration mark sensor
bracket or the printed cross mark target is not loaded to be flat.
(7) Mount a water-based fiber-tip pen (black color) to the tool holder 1.
(8) Set the DIP switch to adjustment mode.
(9) Turn on the power.
(10) Press the [Next Page] key until the following menu is displayed.
(11) Press the [ENTER] key to display the following menu.
(12) Press the [F4] (P.MANUAL)key to display the following menu.
