1. Inspect line cord
connections.
2. Test electrical outlet
for power.
Replace fuse (see

59).
Prepare fresh mobile
phase and degas
thoroughly.
• Reseat and check
alignment of flow
cell (see
page
45.
• Flush the flow cell
(see
page
47), or
apply slight
backpressure on the
detector waste
outlet.
• Ensure the
backpressure
regulator is
connected to the
detector waste
outlet.
Check Ethernet or
MassLynx
configuration.
Replace the cable with
a shielded Ethernet
cable.
