Detector troubleshooting:

Both LEDs unlit

Open (spent) or
defective fuse
Air bubbles trapped in
flow cell
Configuration problem
Improper or defective
Ethernet cable
Corrective action
1. Inspect line cord
connections.
2. Test electrical outlet
for power.
Replace fuse (see
page
52).
• Reseat and check
alignment of flow
cell (see
page
46).
• Flush the flow cell
(see
page
45), or
apply slight
backpressure on the
detector waste
outlet.
• Ensure the
backpressure
regulator is
connected to the
detector waste
outlet.
Check Ethernet
configuration.
Replace the cable with
a shielded Ethernet
cable.
