7.3 Opening the appliance

Tools required:
• Spanner set WM 14249,
• Allen key 6 mm.
Caution !
If the appliance is standing on a table, lock the castors.
1. Disconnect the plug from the socket and pull
the power cord from the appliance.

3. Remove the stoppers
– Using the disk on the spanner set, rotate the
stopper through 90° to the left.

4. Unscrew the two screws
together with the spring washer
To make it easier to remove the screws, set the
spanner in the hexagon and pull out the screw.
5. Remove the handle

6. Pull off the housing

Note:
If the housing cannot be pulled off, it may be caught
on the service flap. In such cases, release the lock at
the service flap 38, and remove the flap from the
appliance.
