[Setting Purpose]
This monitoring function is used to monitor the operating status/error information
of the programmable controller CPU.
RCPU does not support the PLC diagnostics monitor function.

Selects the access target CPU.
Displays the operation status and switch status of the programmable controller CPU.
Displays the current error status.
Displays the error history.
Starts PLC diagnostics monitor.
