Follow the routing instructions in Figure 2-20 for the RCP cable to install cabling for Inflexion HD
payloads.
OPTIONAL 12 VDC SUPPLY:
The following information defines how to power the Mast System with a 10-15 VDC power
supply (battery). A converter kit P/N: 5598501 is sold separately and contains the converter
(P/N: 208018), fuses (P/N: 221041) and fuse holders (P/N: 221042).
Install 12 to 24 VDC convertor (P/N: 208018) in a protected environment inside the vehicle as
close as possible to the 12 VDC source. Best practice is to mount with the cooling fins in a
vertical orientation for optimal heat dissipation. Overcurrent protection at 100 amp is required on
the incoming power.

A 4 AWG (25 mm
) cable with 5 meter (16 ft.) maximum length is required from the power
source to the 12 VDC input on the converter.

A 10 AWG (6 mm
) cable with 15 meter (50 ft.) maximum length is required from the 24 VDC
converter output to the Mast System (Mast power, Left lights, Right lights).
Connect the 24 VDC outputs per Figure 2-21 and install the inline fuses as indicated.
