4. Once the screw is removed, insert the drive flexible extension with a 6mm hex bit long
enough to engage the manual override shaft in the back of the actuator. Crank
counterclockwise with a manual ratchet wrench to extend the mast. Once the mast is
raised enough to insert a standard hex wrench, a standard hex wrench can be used. Do
not crank over a torque of 6-8 N·m or 65 rpm to avoid damage to the actuator.
Extend the mast far enough to comfortably access the Control Box Assembly.
5. Replace the seal plug screw on the Actuator. Ensure the seal remains on the screw
during re-installation to maintain the IP66 rating for dust/water ingress.

cable grip.
4. Secure the Junction Box Cable to the terminal block in the Junction Box as shown in
Figure 2-13.
5. Tighten the cable grip ensuring there is adequate slack inside the junction box.
6. Run the Junction Box Cable to the Control Box Assembly through one of the side cable
grips. It is intended to mate to the cable grip with the smallest inner diameter.
7. Locate terminal blocks TB1 and TB2 on the Main Control Board (P/N: 5553401).
