4. Press the Start
(Figure 3-1) on the HHRC will turn green when the system is powered.
Note: If the system is powered and stays nested with no other commands, the system will power
off after 60 seconds of inactivity. This only applies if the mast is nested. The system will remain
powered on indefinitely when fully or partially deployed unless the stop button (if equipped) is
pressed.
3.4.2.2 Extend the Mast
To extend the mast:
1. Press and hold the Mast Up
Look-Up Light will illuminate while the mast is in motion. Press the button until the control
stops the mast to ensure the fully extended position has been reached. When the mast
reaches the fully extended position, the green positioner LED on the HHRC will turn on to
show the RCP is active. (Note: the positioner LED on the HHRC may illuminate slightly
before the mast reaches the physical stop by design. If this happens, continue to press the
Mast Up button until the mast stops moving)
Extension of the mast can be stopped at any time by releasing the Mast Up
