2.5 Power Supply Requirements

The mast control system:
Requires a 20-30 VDC power supply for the mast control system
Requires 10 AWG Wire (6 mm
meters (50 ft.), 10/2 SJOW cable or equivalent
Has a nominal power of 24 VDC
May have an amp draw of up to 20 amps including inrush current
Contains overcurrent protection and reverse polarity protection
o Fuse to Actuator: 25A 32VDC Blade Mini (P/N: 0297025 U)
o Fuse to PCB: 2A 32VDC Blade Mini (P/N: 0297002 U)
o Fuse to Relay Board: 5A 32 VDC Blade Mini (P/N: 0297005 U)
The X200 LED Lights:
Requires a 20-30 VDC power supply
Requires 10 AWG Wire (6 mm
meters (50 ft.), 10/2 SJOW cable or equivalent (four light models require qty(2) 10/2
SJOW cables – one to supply the left side and one for the right side)
May have an amp draw of up to 40 amps (for four lights) (20 amps per side)
Requires customer supplied 20 amp fuse per side or breaker-protected source (mast
control system does not contain overcurrent protection for light circuits)
If used, auxiliary devices:
Can use up to a 28 VDC power supply
Requires 14 AWG Wire (2.5 mm
meters (50 ft.)
May have an amp draw of up to 10 amps per device
Requires customer supplied 10 amp fused or breaker-protected source (mast control
system does not contain overcurrent protection for auxiliary circuits)
During installation, the power supplies will be connected at the Control Box Assembly through a
cable grip and wired into a terminal block on the Power Relay Board (Section 2.6.2).
