Configuration and Parameterization

To commission the SMI master module and to configure connected SMI drives,
you can use IEC function blocks or the WAGO SMI Configurator software.
8.2.1

IEC Function Block Library CODESYS 2.3

To configure and commission the SMI master module, you need the WAGO-I/O-
PRO V. 2.3 development environment (Item No. 759-333).
One master function block and other function blocks if necessary are required for
each SMI maser module.
The number of required SMI master modules can be specified for each function
block that then sends the commands to the SMI line.

e!COCKPIT

e!COCKPIT (Item No. 2759-101/-1101) is an integrated development
environment for complex automation tasks based on CODESYS 3 and
contains all necessary SMI function block libraries. It is installed automatically
during the installation of e!COCKPIT.

each SMI maser module.
The number of required SMI master modules can be specified for each function
block that then sends the commands to the SMI line.
