The dialog of the started calibration process corresponds to the signal type
setting!
User calibration follows the same principle for temperature, voltage and
resistance measurement.
The content of the dialog windows differs according to the respective signal type
set previously!

Setting Option / Description
Automatic calibration is started by clicking the [Start
Calibration] button.
A dialog prompts you to enter a reference
temperature, reference voltage or reference
resistance. Based on this voltage, correction values
are calculated as needed.
These correction values are permanently written to
the I/O module after the calibration.
This process can be repeated any number of times.
The process value can be constant or
[Output field]
deliberately kept changeable; it can
be represented as a fixed decimal
value with unit or as a hexadecimal,
according to the measurement range.
Hexadecimal representation can be switched on or
off.
