Set Sample Offset Field (State Only)
The Set Sample Offset field is used to shift the point at which samples are
taken with respect to the external clock edge. The Format menu is the only
place where this adjustment is available.

Sample Offset Mode
You can adjust the sample offset by using either the coarse adjustment or, if
resolution is needed, the fine adjustment.
Coarse The coarse adjustment is the default mode. As you turn the
knob, the sample point is offset from the external clock in 200 ps
increments. The maximum offset is 5 ns. This adjustment affects all
pods. Any coarse adjustment becomes the point from which the fine
adjustment starts.
