5.5 Troubleshooting error messages
5.5.1 Connection failed

: "A connection to the PC could not be established."
: "Please check the power supply and the cabling."

: "Not connected. Tap to retry ..."
Possible causes:
•
No power to the mini-computer
•
Mini-computer still booting up (operating sys
tem/software)
•
Mini-computer crashed
•
The QR code that was scanned or the activation
code that was entered does not match the product
Measures:
► Carry out the appropriate measures depending on
the cause (for example connect the power; wait for
booting to finish; restart the mini-computer; check
and reenter the code).
► 1x tap on "Retry".

"Deny" was tapped in the message window "Allow
3D L.A.S.A.R. Posture to access the device loc
ation" when starting the app (see the section
"Starting the app" - see Page 88).
Measures:
► Carry out the appropriate measures depending on
the cause (for example connect the power; wait for
boot-up to finish; restart the mini-computer; check
and reenter the code).
► Tap once on "Retry".
► To revoke the denial of access to the location
information, tap "Apps" under "Settings" on the
tablet. In the app list, tap "3D L.A.S.A.R. Posture".
In the app settings, tap "Rights", find the "Loca
tion" setting that is set to off and turn it on.
