• Hinge at your hips with your chest facing the ground and hands facing
down. Bend ony at your elbow, extend behind.
TRICEPS OVERHEAD EXTENSION (HAMMER GRIP)
Muscles Engaged:
Triceps
Point your elbow to the ceiling, keep your elbow pointing forward and
extend your hand upward only bending at the elbow.
