The following shows a single experiment workflow on the QuantStudio
Digital PCR System. The procedures for sample and/or consumable preparation and
result analysis can vary depending on the specific experiment that you are
performing.
Set up the dPCR reaction by mixing sample, master mix, and
Load the dPCR reaction onto a QuantStudio
20K Chip v2, apply the lid, load the assembly with Immersion
Perform the PCR using the ProFlex
Flat Block GeneAmp
Read the chip using the QuantStudio
Review the results on the instrument touchscreen.
Analyze the data using the QuantStudio
