Inside surface of bushing when assembling
pin: Anti-friction compound (LM-P)

Grease after assembling pin: Grease (LM-G)

When aligning the position of the pin hole,
never insert your fingers in the hole.
a Adjust with shims (9) so that the clearance
(b) between bracket (8) and the end face
of bottom of cylinder (5) is less than 1 mm.
Shim thickness: 0.8 mm (STD, LC)

Bleeding air
q
a Bleed the air.
For details, see Testing and adjusting,
"Bleeding air from each part".
Refilling with oil (hydraulic tank)
q
a Add oil through oil filler to the specified
level. Run the engine to circulate the oil
through the system. Then check the oil
level again.
