50 Disassembly and assembly
a When positioning front window glass
(4), set its horizontal position to the
frame width and set its vertical posi-
tion so that height difference (p)
between it and the frame top will be 3
mm.
6. Apply adhesive.
a Use either of the 2 types of the adhesive.

Adhesive (Summer):

Adhesive (Winter):
a The using limit of the adhesive is 4 months
after the date of manufacture. Do not use
the adhesive after this limit.
a Keep the adhesive in a dark place where
the temperature is below 25°C.
a Never heat the adhesive higher than
30°C.
a When reusing the adhesive, remove the
all hardened part from the nozzle tip.

1) Break aluminum seal (13) of the outlet of
adhesive cartridge (12) and install the
nozzle.
2) Cut the tip of the adhesive nozzle (14) so
that dimensions (q) and (r) will be as fol-
lows.
Dimension (q): 10 mm

Dimension (r): 15 mm

3) Set adhesive cartridge (12) to caulking
gun [7].
a An electric caulking gun is more effi-
cient.
4) Remove the release tape of the both-
sided adhesive tape on the glass side.
