21. Disconnect tubes (46) and (47) from the bot-
tom.
22. Disconnect hoses (48) – (50).
23. Sling 5-spool control valve assembly (30) tem-
porarily, loosen 3 mounting bolts (31), and
remove 5-spool control valve assembly (30).

50 Disassembly and assembly
Installation
Carry out installation in the reverse order to

removal.
a Install tube (51), adjust the position of the
valve, and tighten valve assembly mounting
bolts (52).

Control valve assembly mounting bolt:
a Referring to "Testing and adjusting", check the
oil pressure and speed of the work equipment,
travel, and swing circuits.
Refilling with oil
q
Add oil through the oil filler to the specified
level. Run the engine to circulate the oil
through the system. Then, check the oil level
again.
