2.8.3. High-Speed Bidirectional I/O (J8)

The bidirectional I/O signals default to inputs on reset and may be configured as input/outputs by the PORT
DIR command. High-speed inputs/outputs 14-16 can source/sink 12 mA when configured as outputs.
