Applying the mosaic effect – F1 (MOSAIC)
Applying a mask to the mosaic function – F5 (MASK)
The mosaic function divides up the image into a matrix of
rectangles, and averages the signal within each rectangle, giving a
mosaic effect.
In the VIDEO MODIFY menu, press F4 (MOSAIC) to display the
MOSAIC menu.

The following are some of the operations carried out in this menu.
Use the following procedure.

Press F1 (MOSAIC), turning it on.

Adjust the "MOSAIC" parameters as follows.
• Left ("Size"): size of mosaic tile (0 to 100%)
• Center ("Asp"): aspect ratio of mosaic tile (–100 to +100%)
To make the mosaic function apply only inside or outside a wipe
pattern, press F5 (MASK), turning it on.
This applies a mask, according to the settings in the MASK menu
