Chapter 5 Special Effects Operations
Lighting function provides the effect of lighting on an image.
When the HKDS-7061 and HKDS-7071 are both installed, you
can use the lighting functions on both DME channels 1 and 2.
When only the HKDS-7061 is installed, you can use the lighting
functions on DME channel 2 only.

Note
It is not possible to apply two or more of the lighting, mask, and
border effects simultaneously.
For an image to which nonlinear effects are not applied, there are
two lighting effects: PLANE (overall reflection) and BAR (strip
reflection). For an image to which nonlinear effects are applied,
the two lighting effects are: PLANE and PRESET. The PRESET
mode uses a reflection pattern specific to the particular effect.

These examples show the lighting at maximum intensity.
Reducing the intensity makes the image visible under the lighting.
