TRIM button: Press this button after
entering a parameter value adjustment
(that is, the difference from the
previous value) to confirm the new
value. If you press this button without
entering a numeric value, the most
recent adjustment value is added.
(Because of the effects of rounding in
numerical computations, repeatedly
pressing the TRIM button may result
in slightly different values being
added.)
ENTER button: Confirms an entered
numeric value. (Because of the effects
of rounding in numerical
computations, the value displayed may
differ slightly from the entered value.)
When there is a pop-up window on the
screen, pressing this button selects
"OK".
. (decimal point) button: Enters a
decimal point. In a time code value,
this is also used as the separator
between minutes, seconds and frames.
If the digits before the decimal point
are all zero, you may omit them.
Thus, "5..10" enters 5 minutes and 10
frames.
Additionally, if the value includes
zero minutes, the initial "0." may be
omitted. Thus for 6 seconds and 15
frames, entering "6.15" is sufficient.
