Displaying the DISK menu
Selecting the directory – CHANGE DIRECTORY
Saving register contents – SAVE
You can use a floppy disk to store setup data, effect data and
snapshot data.
These different types of data are held in three directories: SETUP,
EFFECT and SNAPSHOT.
In the first set of soft key indications in the EFFECT UTILITY
menu, press F5 (DISK) to display the DISK menu.

The following are some of the operations carried out in this menu.
Press F1 (CHANGE DIRECTORY) to select the directory.
Pressing F1 cycles through in the following sequence: EFF t
SNAP t SETUP.
Use the following procedure to save the contents of a register to
the floppy disk.

Insert the floppy disk on which you wish to save the file in the
floppy disk drive.
Note
Before using a new floppy disk to hold data, it is necessary to
format it.
For details see the section "Formatting a disk" (page 8-18).

Press F2 (FUNCTION) and select "SAVE".
The indicator to the left of the "SAVE" item lights, and a
message appears as follows. (The soft key indication for F8
changes to "OK".)
Select registers and press [Cancel]/[OK]
