Adjusting the shape of the lighting pattern – Shape
Rotating the lighting pattern (for "BAR", or "PRESET" for
"SPLIT" or "MIRROR" only) – Position
Setting the lighting intensity – Intensity
Align the line cursor with "Shape" (this does not appear when the
pattern selection is "PLANE"), then adjust the following
parameters.
• Left knob ("Size"): pattern size (0 to 100%)
• Center knob ("Soft"): softness of the edge of the pattern (0 to
100%)
• Right knob ("Ofst"): offset (parallel displacement) of the pattern
position (–10 to +10 when pattern selection is "BAR").
When the pattern selection is "BAR" or, when it is "PRESET" for
"SPLIT" or "MIRROR" effects only, it is possible to rotate the
lighting pattern.
Align the line cursor with "Position", then adjust the following
parameter.
• Right knob ("Angl"): direction and angle through which you
wish to rotate pattern (–8 to +8).
Using the lighting effects, it is possible to adjust the lighting
intensity of the following three regions, depending on the pattern.
• "Light" region: the highlight region.
• "Ambient" region: the remainder of the uniformly illuminated
surface around the highlights.
• "Shade" region: the region in shade.
