Chapter 10 Setup Operations
Press F4 (MAT COL LIMITER) to switch on the matte signal
color limiter, which prevents illegal colors from being generated.
To set a maximum luminance limit for the matte signals, select the
"Matte Lum Max" item, then adjust the left knob ("Lum"). (70 to
130%)
Use the following procedure to set minimum and maximum
luminance limits for the video signals.

Select the "White/Dark Clip" item.

To set the maximum limit, adjust the left knob ("Wht"). (70 to
130%)

To set the minimum limit, adjust the right knob ("Dark").
(–40 to 0%)
To output the external key signal without subjecting it to level
processing in an internal key generator for example, press F5
(EXTERNAL KEY), to select "Through".
Note
When you select "Through", the following functions are not
available.
• Recursive
• Drop shadow
• Key clip
• Key gain
