Description
A request for remote access can be directly
linked with a fault help request. Manual entry
of the session ID on the control is then not
necessary.
In order to transfer the session ID automati-
cally and for remote access to be started by
an employee at an ePS Network Services
Internet PC once he/she has viewed the ser-
vice case, the request window must remain
open until remote access is up and running.
If the request window for the remote access
has been closed (e.g. canceled), a teleservice
session will have to be set up manually.

Note:
This function is only available when fault proc-
essing is requested on the control.
