Overview according to organization
Calling via "Organization tasks  Maintenance jobs" provides an overview of the
jobs for all machines known in the organization. To enable quick location of work
that is still pending, jobs with the status "pending" and "overdue" are highlighted in
the list view.
A preview of pending jobs is also displayed via a dedicated status (yellow). In addi-
tion, the preview can be set to an individual time period in the future for all new and
open maintenance jobs.
The user can use the overview of the maintenance jobs on the ePS Network Ser-
vices Internet PC for the following purposes:

Creating an overview of the jobs that are pending, that are pending in the near
future and have been acknowledged, progress monitoring; service call plan-
ning.

Editing jobs in order to individually adapt automatically generated jobs (as
long as they have not yet been opened or acknowledged).

Changing a work instruction if other tasks to be completed have to be added
that were still not known at the time that a task from the maintenance sched-
ule was planned (as long as they have not yet been opened or acknowl-
edged).

Changing the execution time, for example, rescheduling tasks that can or
should be completed together on the same day.

Editing comments, adding comments for tasks already performed, attaching
detailed service reports as file to a job (as long as the maintenance jobs still
have the NEW status, have not yet been opened and have still not been ac-
knowledged).

Acknowledging jobs, tasks that have already been performed can be conven-
iently entered, for example, entering the same tasks on several machines (as
long as they have not yet been acknowledged). Not only one keyboard is al-
ways available at machines. Inputs at machines must be performed at the
machine involved. At the ePS Network Services Internet PC, the input can be
made from a work station by selecting the machine involved.

Deleting jobs (as long as they have not yet been opened or acknowledged)
In addition to the option of filtering at individual machines or machine groups, the
status of maintenance jobs and the responsible organization for the maintenance
procedures can also be included in the filter to display the maintenance jobs.
