4.1 Maintenance

Description
Display your own data from the machine master
data. Where a job is concerned, this may vary
depending on the view used for visualization: i.e.
whether it is viewed from the perspective of any
given partner, or, in the case of the maintenance
job list, your own point of view.
Unique, consecutive numbers for maintenance
jobs which are automatically generated by the
system in order to avoid misunderstandings in
communication
Name of the maintenance schedule which the
user has allocated during configuration
Execution time for the maintenance job, calcu-
lated by the system according to the basic set-
tings configured by the user
Indicates the status of the job. The status can be
changed by the user at this point.
Opening the job should indicate that the mainte-
nance procedures required in the job have al-
ready been carried out.
Closing the maintenance job corresponds to
acknowledging it; here it can be determined
whether the maintenance procedures were per-
formed successfully.
