Removing the O-Ring from the Recirculation Pump

For this procedure the processor must be deenergized. See page 1-6. In addition, the DRIVE
SIDE ACCESS PANEL must be removed from the processor. See pages 1-3 through 1-5 for
instructions, if necessary.
[1] Place a CLAMP, TL-2170, on both of the REPLENISHMENT TUBES to prevent leakage of replenishment
solution.
[2] Remove the 4 WING NUTS and the OUTER PUMP HOUSING. See Figure 5-2 on page 5-4.
[3] Remove the O-RING SEAL.
[4] Install a new O-RING SEAL.
[5] Install all parts removed in previous steps.
[6] Calibrate the REPLENISHMENT SYSTEM. See the Operator Manual.
[7] Check the replenishment volumes. See the Operator Manual.
[8] Remove the CLAMP from each of the REPLENISHMENT TUBES.
