This chapter describes the configuration methods for products 2850T and 3850T in the GF_eXpress Gefran product confi-
gurator
The starting condition for proper functioning is the presence of products 2850T-3850T in the catalogue installed on the
user's computer.
9.1.

Target Selection

Products 2850T and 3850T belong to the Controller category,
and so the choice of model to be configured with GF_eXpress
will take place through the following selection process
After choosing the model, the user must set:
1. the FW version
2. the network parameters (IP address)
the target to be configured, and decide whether to work:
• directly connected to a specific target (with the "Online
mode" option enabled)
