SYMPTOM BASED DIAGNOSTICS- WITH NO DTC CODES
Complaint - Engine not starting
Error codes - No error codes
Caution :
After dry run , switch the Ignition OFF for 1 min and then switch it ON
Follow the above step for 3 to 5 times & then crank.
If the engine is still not starting , loose filter bleeder screw and ensure no air in the fuel system
Presence of Banjo with overflow valve must, otherwise engine will not start.
No kink in the fuel leak off from Rail
If all are found OK then :
Thru diagnostic tester Open the "LIVE DATA" in EMS ECU .
Check the "Info for trouble in engine starting"
