The ECU compares the rail pressure monitored through the rail pressure sensor
against the expected pressure generated due to HPP ( Based on MPROP
position and the engine RPM and coolant temperature )
The positive governor deviation is more than the range
Leak on fuel lines
Defective fuel tank cap
Defective fuel filter
Fuel tank strainer choked
Injector struck in open condition
M prop valve struck
System check lamp ON
