E3004 Locking: memory allocation failed
E3005 Locking: failed to open lock file
E3006 Locking: failed to close lock file
E3007 Locking: failed to set lock
E3008 Locking: failed to get lock info
E3009 Locking: failed to unlock file
E3010 Locking failed because file was locked by another process! Try
again later.
E3011 Locking: dead lock
E3012 Locking: resource is not locked!
E3013 Locking: resource filename is invalid!
E3014 Locking: resource filename is a NULL pointer!
E3015 Locking: resource filename is missing (empty)!
E3030 Locking: no mapping from locking library error to sys error!
E3101 Decryption: source string is not encrypted.
E4000 syscli has no option.
E4001 Option --debuglevel has invalid value!
E4002 Option --sleepatleast has invalid value!
E4003 Option --sleepatleast requires a value!
E4004 Option --primary_pid requires a value!
