Code Description
• The table below shows the ACH550 PFA motor assignments for some typical settings in the Relay Output
parameters (1401...1403 and 1410...1412), where the settings are either =31 (

8118 AUTOCHNG INTERV
Controls operation of the Autochange function and sets the
interval between changes.
• The Autochange time interval only applies to the time when
the speed regulated motor is running.
• See parameter 8119
Autochange function.
• The drive always coasts to stop when autochange is
performed.
• Autochange enabled requires parameter 8120
= value > 0.
-0.1 = – Forces the interval to value 36...48 s.
TEST MODE
0.0 = – Disables the Autochange function.
NOT SEL
0.1...336 – The operating time interval (the time when the
start signal is on) between automatic motor changes.
WARNING! When enabled, the Autochange function
requires the interlocks (8120
enabled. During autochange the power output is
interrupted and the drive coasts to stop, preventing
damage to the contacts.
