Verify that the Power LED on the front, left, of the shelf is green.

After approximately 5 minutes to 10 minutes, verify that the shelf has fully
initialized as follows:
The 12 disk LEDs on the front of each drawer are green.

The blue Service Action Allowed LED is not lit.
