Use in hazardous locations
Before accessing the sensor terminal space and application terminal space check that:
● No explosion hazard exists
● A safe access permission certificate has been issued by plant operations management
● All connection leads are potential free

Step 1: Connecting the DSL and the transmitter

The following only applies to remote configurations.
Wiring DSL (sensor) and transmitter (M12)
The DSL is provided with a preformed cable terminated with M12 style stainless steel
weather-proof plugs.
