A shorter interval makes the system more responsive to UPS
status changes, but consumes more network bandwidth. The default value
should work for most systems.

When one UPS powers several VCX servers, one of the VCX servers is
designated as the Master. Its job is to monitor the remaining battery
power of the UPS. If this VCX system is being configured as the Master
server for the UPS configuration or if this VCX system contains only one
VCX server, enter Y. Otherwise, press the Enter or Return key to accept
the default answer (N).
Enter the IP address of the UPS's management card or Ethernet interface.
Press the Enter or Return key to accept the default answer (private).
CAUTION: 3Com strongly recommends that users change this string for
security reasons.
