1. Check the operating-system event log and the system-
event log because it might contain additional information
(see "Event logs" on page 147).
2. Update the device drivers for the CIOh expansion card.
3. Reseat the blade server in the BladeCenter chassis (see
"Removing the blade server from the BladeCenter
chassis" on page 66 and "Installing a blade server in a
BladeCenter chassis" on page 67).
4. Reseat the expansion card (see "Removing an I/O
expansion card" on page 119 and "Installing an I/O
expansion card" on page 121).
5. Replace the expansion card (see "Removing an I/O
expansion card" on page 119 and "Installing an I/O
expansion card" on page 121).
