Uvcvke: Displays all static multicast IP entries.

F{pcoke: Displays all dynamic multicast IP entries.

Displays multicast IP address.
Displays the VLAN ID of the multicast group.
Displays the forward port of the multicast group.
Displays the type of the multicast IP.
