TL-SL1218MP is a 16-Port 10/100Mbps + 2-Port Gigabit Unmanaged Switch that requires no configuration. TL-SL1218MP is also a Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE*). 16 of the RJ45 ports on the switch support Power over Ethernet (PoE*) function, which can automatically detect and supply power for those powered devices (PDs*) complying with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at. - Page 6 16-Port 10/100Mbps + 2-Port Gigabit Unmanaged PoE Switch Indication For Port 1-16: On: Running at 10/100Mbps but no activity. Flashing: Running at 10/100Mbps and is transmitting or receiving data. Off: No device is linked to the corresponding port.
