CHECKING THE DOCUMENT IN THE PUBLIC BOX

Tap the [Others >>] key, and tap the [Memory Box] key.
Tap the [Polling Memory] tab.
Tap the [Public Box] key from the folder list.
When nothing is stored in the Public Box, the [Public Box] key will be greyed out.
Tap the [Image Check] key to check the document.
To print the document, tap the [Print] key.
