How to use this manual
DCS4 Manuals
There are five Guides to Using DCS4 covering different
aspects of usage and are described below:
Access Control Workstation EPD/MHB/61063/000 details how
to use the Access Control Workstation (ACW) for Entry, Task
Transfer and Exits from the Radiologically Controlled Areas
(RCA). It also demonstrates how the worker can view their
Dose Display, Change their PIN and Load Additional Tasks
onto their EPD.
ACW Manager EPD/MHB/61064/000 details the suite of
programs designed for the management of DCS4.
System Administrator EPD/MHB/61065/000 details the parts of
the system and explains any administrative activities, including
Database Synchronisation.
Data Management and Reporting EPD/MHB/61066/000 details
the use of the forms and reports at a Manager Workstation to
manage the information used for Dose Control, RCA access
control and Dose Reporting.
System Modes EPD/MHB/61067/000 details the use of the
Multi Operation Modes in Forms and Reports and at the ACW.
