Using the ACW for RCA Entry
Introduction to the RCA Entry Process
The RCA Entry Process provides an automated system for
monitoring a Worker's entry into the RCA. The process will
verify the workers entry details and radiological history before
a Task Number is entered.
The System Administrator has the ability to configure the
ACW for Entry, Exit or Transfer Process (or a combination of
them). An ACW that has been configured for the Entry Process
is setup so that a worker must identify themselves and then
insert a Task ID.
The System Administrator is also able to configure the ACWs
or individually to suit different environments and requirements
e.g.:
 Select different Processes
 Hide PIN (which masks the Worker's ID with asterisks)
 Require ID on Exit (which ensures that the Worker
enters their PIN during the Exit Process)
 Display Dose on Issue
 Worker Prompt Type
 Task Prompt Type
