Note that the message above is a Task Information. If the
Lockout Worker is ticked in the ACW Message tab, the
following message is displayed:
In this case, the Entry Process will be terminated and the
worker shall not be allowed to re-enter the RCA until his entry
rights have been returned.

restore a workers entry rights.
The Dose Profile is read from the EPD under the following
conditions:
 Always Collect Dose Profile is enabled in the System
Setup (see EPD Settings in A Guide to Using DCS4
Data Management and Reporting Ref No.
EPD/MHB/61066/000)
 Always Collect Dose Profile is enabled for the Task
(only in On-Line Mode) (see To setup Task Alarm data
for a specified Task in A Guide to Using DCS4 Data
Management and Reporting Ref No.
EPD/MHB/61066/000)
 There is a problem with the EPD
 One of the Dose or Rate alarms has activated during the
Visit
