The Escort enters their
Primary ID according
to the System Setup

The System
Administrator sets the
Hide PIN in the
Configuration
program (see A Guide
to Using DCS4 ACW
Manager Ref No.
EPD/MHB/61064/000)

Note that if the Same Task for Escort/Escortee option is
enabled in the System Setup (see A Guide to Using DCS4 Data
Management and Reporting Ref No. EPD/MHB/61066/000),
the Worker's Task details will become the same as the Escort's
and it is not necessary to complete the
(page
4-11).
If the RCA Escorts option is enabled, the system will prompt
for the Escort's details as follows:
If the Escort's Primary ID is entered through the keypad, the
following screen will appear echoing the characters as they are
typed in:
Note: The System Administrator can disable the keypad entry
of the Primary ID. See A Guide to Using DCS4 System
Administrator Ref No. EPD/MHB/61065/000 for more
information.
Note that the picture above displays the Escort's Primary ID. If
the Hide PIN is selected, the Escort's Primary ID is displayed
as follows:
If the Secondary ID option is enabled in the System Setup (see
A Guide to Using DCS4 Data Management and Reporting Ref
No. EPD/MHB/61066/000), the Escort shall be asked to
confirm their identity by entering their Secondary ID.
