Using the ACW for Changing PIN
Introduction to the RCA Change PIN
Process
Selection of Change PIN process does not provide access to the
Radiologically Controlled Area, but it allows workers to reset
their Personal Identification Number (PIN).
The Change PIN Process
The Change PIN Process involves the following steps:
1. Selecting the Change PIN Process from the main ACW
menu – see

Entering the Worker Details – see

4. Entering Current PIN details – see

5. Entering New PIN details – see

If Display Forename1 instead of Initials at ACW is ticked on
the System Configuration tab of the System Setup screen, the
Worker's name will be displayed as follows:
If Display Forename1 instead of Initials at ACW is NOT ticked
on the System Configuration tab of the System Setup screen,
the Worker's name will be displayed as follows:
Throughout this manual, the Initials option has been set.
