EPD Error Messages
Primary ID Error Messages
Entering Secondary ID
Thermo Fisher Scientific
The EPD is checked after the Primary ID is entered for errors
such as the EPD being out of calibration, having a low battery,
not existing in the database etc. An error message giving
details of the fault is displayed as follows:
If the Primary ID is invalid or inactive you will be informed
that the Primary ID is not recognised and the system will advise
you to contact Health Physics:
If the Secondary ID option is enabled in the System Setup (see
A Guide to Using DCS4 Data Management and Reporting Ref

confirm their identity by entering their Secondary ID (see
