If any of the Dose or DoseRate Alarm thresholds have been
exceeded, the system shall display an error message, as
follows:
During the Exit Process, the ACW will perform certain checks
to ensure that you are performing a valid RCA Exit with the
correct EPD.
If any of these checks are not satisfied then the RCA Exit will
be denied and an error message will be displayed
The error message consists of an Error Code Number and some
descriptive text. The System Administrator may change the
text, but the error Code Number will be the same (see A Guide
to Using DCS4 System Administrator Ref No.
EPD/MHB/61065/000 for further information).
To assist the Health Physicist in identifying the problem, make
a note of the Error Number (in brackets).
Note: If the error is an ALERT Type, the Worker will be
locked out of the RCA until the Alert has been cleared by a
Health Physicist. See RCA Access Alerts in A Guide to Using
DCS4 Data Management and Reporting Ref No.
