Disabled ACW

If an ACW has been disabled, it shall display a continuous error
message and shall not permit workers to commence any
process, as follows:
ACW Colour
The colour of the outside edge of the ACW changes colour
depending on whether the ACW has been selected for a
different Operational Mode OR the ACW is working in Local
Mode.
 If Emergency Mode has been selected, the ACW screen
shall be outlined in RED,
